Hi, I’m Scott Eisenberg, the Founder and CEO of Swap The Biz. I originally began hosting events when I was in law school in 1996 as a nightlife promoter in NYC and the Hamptons. I had gone to a lot of events but I always thought I could do better….and so I did. Since then, I have hosted over a thousand successful events over the years.
In 2003 I got married, opened up a law firm and started a family soon thereafter. At the same time, I stopped hosting the events. I always knew I wanted to get back involved in nightlife and I was just looking for the right opportunity.
In 2010 I attended a couple of networking events and I immediately knew this was my road back to follow my passion and what I excelled at (I also thought I could again do it better). I also knew I could make networking fun!!! So I put together a business development community. It is focused on relationship development and social connectivity through education in soft skills training, peer learning, coaching and networking. This allows people to become friends and build a stronger relationship foundation, which ultimately results in trust that leads to business opportunities and referrals.
I now have 4 kids, a wonderful and supportive wife and a career path where I am rewarded emotionally as well. If you have not attended one of our teams yet, please get involved, so I can help you achieve the success that you are looking for and deserve.
Our organization has now grown into an amazing membership community comprised of numerous business development groups that each operate independently. The makeup is of serious, growth-oriented business leaders across multiple industries with 11 groups in New Yor and New Jersey so far. We are now expanding countrywide thanks to zoom and developing all sorts of industry growth groups from attorneys to real estate to technology and startups and beyond! In each of our groups our members have category exclusivity for their business category to ensure loyalty to them. People love our teams because everybody is there for the right reasons, with the right attitude and outlook. I really love what I do – as it is so rewarding to connect people and help them in business and in life. My success is my members’ success, so as we grow, so does your success. There is no better reward.
The events focus on relationship development by accelerating the connections and using your time efficiently and effectively to really personalize and humanize the connections. Our members are committed, focused and serious about business growth for themselves as well as their team. We also make sure to integrate plenty of humor to make sure it is fun!! From time to time we have amazing guest speakers as well.
